Simulation to Help in Neonatal Emergencies (SHINE)
SHINE is a 1 day simulation course for West Midlands paediatric trainees, held at Birmingham Women's Hospital. It has been designed to give trainees the opportunity to develop their skills in managing common neonatal emergencies in a safe and supportive learning environment.
Whether you are about to rotate to your first neonatal registrar post, need a refresher or just need more neonatal experience, then this course is for you!
Feedback from trainees attending this course has been really positive, describing it as "excellent" with "really realistic scenarios".
