Neo-Com-S (Neonatal Communication training through Simulation)

Do you want to improve your communication skills around difficult conversations such as breaking bad news, discussing medical errors, dealing with conflict and discussing end of life care? Do you want to explore parents' perspective and learn more about trauma informed communication? If yes, this is your opportunity to develop these transferable skills in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

Neo-Com-S is a 1 day simulation course for West Midlands paediatric trainees, held at Birmingham Women's Hospital. It has been designed to give trainees the opportunity to develop their skills in managing challenging coversations a safe and supportive learning environment. Feedback from trainees attending this course has been really positive.
